Bar manager

Prior to joining the Graffiato team, Fortin was the bar manager for two years at The Rogue Gentleman, where he specialized in pre-Prohibition era cocktails. He also worked as a bartender at two historic Virginia hotels, Fosset’s Restaurant at Keswick Hall in Charlottesville and Lemaire at The Jefferson in Richmond. Before that Fortin served as the head bartender at The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort and Fern, a restaurant by Jean-Georges Vongerichten, in Puerto Rico. Fortin attended the Professional Bartending Academy in Richmond, VA in 2008.
