Chef de Cuisine

Prior to becoming the Chef de Cuisine at Graffiato’s Richmond location, Matthew served as the executive chef of Petit Louis Bistro for restaurateurs Cindy Wolf and Tony Foreman in Baltimore, MD. His culinary career is highlighted by stints at some of the finest establishments in the Mid-Atlantic, including The Williamsburg Inn, The Dining Room at Ford’s Colony, The Ryland Inn, and Four Seasons Hotel.

Matthew resides in Richmond, Virginia with his wife, Anne, and their two children, Graham and Emmeline.
