Graffiato RVA is proud to again be participating in Fire, Flour & Fork on Thursday, October 29th, 2015

Our culinary team has opened up the kitchen and invited Marjorie Meek-Bradley of Ripple & Roofers’ Union in Washington DC to help us prepare an amazing 5 course dinner.

The Menu will feature:

Amuse

Acorn Squash Soup

apicius cappuccino, pumpkin seed brittle

1st Course

Veal Heart Tartare Crostini

dill, pickled shallot, lemon-caper vinaigrette

2nd Course

Anise Hyssup Cavatelli

smoked razor clams, bouchot mussels, saffron nage

3rd Course

Pancetta Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

pickled red cabbage, cauliflower puree, montepulciano agrodolce

Dessert

Apple Croustade

salted caramel gelato, almond crumble

Each course will be paired with wine and beer to see which compliments the dish better.

There will be two seatings: one at 6 and one at 8:30.
