Ethan Craig is the Bar Manager at Graffiato Richmond, the second location of Washington D.C. chef and restaurateur Mike Isabella’s contemporary Italian small plates concept. He worked behind the bar at The Boathouse at Rockett’s Landing prior to joining the MIC team, where he worked his way up to Bar Manager. He left briefly to take over the bar program at acclaimed Richmond cocktail bar The Rogue Gentlemen. He is back at the helm at Graffiato now, leading the craft bartender team and managing the craft cocktail and craft beer programs.
